Preet was extremely communicative, provided a quote and then charged exactly what the quote was with no surprises.  We had originally booked a date and time and the crew ran into an issue with a machine that broke down, Preet called right away, explained the situation and even offered to have the work done on the weekend due to the inconvenience, we rescheduled for the next week and the crew was there on time, crew was very good, took care of the house and the attic looks great.
