The team did great work... From price estimation to final invoicing, the price was on point with no surprises. Access to the insulation rebate was easy from the company's website... the job was done right, quick and on schedule... I really appreciated the time they took to clean up after doing the job. The company is owned by Preet Sangha and I'm very satisfied with him and his company. He is prompt in returning emails and calls with his customers. He shows up when he says he will. The installation team arrived exactly on time when he said they would and cleaned up afterwards. His quote came in a little bit cheaper than the others and is a member of the Better Business Bureau. I highly recommend this company and would do business with them again.

Preet's team showed up within the scheduled window that was promised. Once they started, the first thing they did was lay down drop cloths to ensure that the staircases would be kept clean. They installed baffles in the attics to ensure airflow would not be disrupted from the added insulation. A strip seal was added to the existing attic hatch to help air sealing. Before taking down the ladder, they gave us the opportunity to inspect the work and we can confirm that it was done in a very satisfactory manner, as shown in the pictures we have attached. We initially were going to go with a couple of different companies like Knights Insulation, Insul-Twin, and even Home Depot. In the end, Western Insulation's pricing was hard to beat and the insulation they provided was name brand. Best part is that a portion of the insulation install will be covered by CleanBC rebates!

Preet showed up to give me the estimate (It was very fair and competitive) on the same day and a crew of 4 people showed up the next day even 30 minutes earlier. The job was done right, and I am happy knowing that the insulation of the house won't be an issue any longer.

Last week I had Western Insulation Ltd. do a blow-in insulation upgrade to my townhouse ceiling attic, in Langley. My neighbour also had her attic done at the same time.
